I have used Soap & Water two yrs in a row for my house & deck cleaning.  The team is VERY professional in how they perform their work.  They're respectful your property needs.  Before starting they asked me what I was trying to accomplish (just a clean or prepping for painting) and they surprised me by remembering some of the details of our earlier project.
